Menu Plan for the week of October 7th, 2012

Here is my meal plan for the week:

Breakfast: cheerios, bananas 
School Snack:  pretzels w/ pb
Lunch: Mini Bacon & Veggie Frittatas, mini chocolate chip pancakes, turkey sausage links, fruit

After School Snack: Pizza Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, Carrot sticks
Dinner: Lentil Soup w/ ww rolls

Breakfast: Cheesy scrambled eggs and ww toast
School Snack:  Granola Bars
Lunch: Eat at school
After School Snack: Lunch meat sandwich, goldfish crackers
Dinner: Turkey Divan, ww dinner rolls

Breakfast: Apple Cinnamon  Waffles
School Snack: Apple slices, grahm crackers
Lunch: Lasagna Roll Up, Garlic Roll, Veggie
After School Snack: Quesadillas, fresh fruit

Dinner: Slow Cooker Cranberry Chicken (make day b4) , w/ rice or Pizza @ baseball

Breakfast:  Oatmeal, fruit
School Snack:  go-gurt
Lunch: eat at school
After School Snack: Mini Chicken Sandwiches, raw veggie sticks, apple slices
Dinner: Spaghetti and Meatballs

Breakfast: Pancakes, Pancake Breakfast Sandwiches, fruit
School Snack: Laughing Cow wedge, whole wheat ritz
Lunch: Bean burritos, cheesy rice, veggie
After School Snack: air popped popcorn
Dinner: Cheesy Turkey Pot Pie Cups, peaches in sf jello

Breakfast: Oatmeal, Cereal
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: WW Cheese Pizza

Breakfast: Muffins
Lupper: Simple Salad, soup, roast chicken, mashed potatoes, corn, ww dinner rolls
Dinner:  A simple snack
