Menu Plan for the week of October 14th, 2012

Here is my meal plan for the week:

Breakfast: cheerios, bananas 
School Snack:  pretzels w/ pb
Lunch: Bacon & Egg Breakfast Grilled Cheese Sandwich, Fruit,pb granola bar
After School Snack:  Leftover pizza, Carrot sticks
Dinner: Cheesy Chicken Chowder

Breakfast: Cheesy scrambled eggs and ww toast
School Snack:  Granola Bars
Lunch: Eva: Stromboli, salad.  Apples
               Triplets: PB sandwich, pretzels, carrots, apple “fries”
After School Snack:  Bologna & Cheese roll ups, pretzels
Dinner: Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas, Brown Rice, Veggie

Breakfast:  Waffle Breakfast Sandwich
School Snack: Apple slices, grahm crackers
Lunch: Eat at school
After School Snack: Quesadillas, fresh fruit
Dinner: Slow Cooker Ranch Pork Chops w/ mashed potatoes  (make day b4) , Pizza @ baseball

Breakfast:  Oatmeal, fruit
School Snack:  Pear chunks and cheese
Lunch: Taco Salad (with french dressing)
After School Snack: Mini Chicken Sandwiches, raw veggie sticks, apple slices
Dinner: Spaghetti and Meatballs

Breakfast: Pancakes, Pancake Breakfast Sandwiches, fruit
School Snack:  apple chunks and cheese
Lunch: Mini Chicken Sandwiches, raw veggie sticks, apple slices
After School Snack: air popped popcorn
Dinner:  (Fall Festival)    Cheesy Turkey Pot Pie Cups peaches in sf jello

Breakfast: Oatmeal, Cereal
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: WW Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza

Breakfast: Muffins
Lupper: Simple Salad, soup, roast pork, buttered noodles, veggie, ww dinner rolls
Dinner: Pampered Chef Chicken Crescent Ring, fruit
