Breakfast: Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal
Lunch: leftover Lentil Soup
Dinner: BBQ Chicken, French Fries, corn, cornbread muffin

Breakfast was soooo good! Well, at least I thought so, the triplets really didn't think so. So now I have leftovers for tomorrow's breakfast - can't wait!!

Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal
serves 1
What You Need:
1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
1 cup milk
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 Tbsp sweetener of choice (I used brown sugar)
How t's Done:
Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan with high sides.
Bring to a boil . Reduce heat and simmer five minutes. Remove from heat and let stand three minutes before serving.
(Good with a bit of whipped cream on top.)
